Coaching sessions are 50 minutes in length, often conducted as virtual meetings or phone calls, and conducted twice a month. Periodic in-person coaching sessions can be provided as part of the coaching experience, when desired by the client or sponsor organization.
Coaching engagements typically range between 3-6 months in length, allowing sufficient time to achieve meaningful progress and measurable outcomes.
